The benefits of this simple approach are that we can settle this debate now rather than condemn our country to years more argument.
We are as ready as we are ever likely to be to leave the EU without an agreement. The only question is whether Parliament has what it takes to make the decision.
Have no doubt about it: we’re leaving. But if we want to put the country back together, we must now keep some perspective.
